Help finding your primary account number

Why is it important to sign up for Stifel Access with your primary account number?

For clients with multiple accounts, it is important to sign up for Stifel Access with your primary account number. In order to view all your accounts within the Stifel Access platform, your accounts must be househeld* together for statements and you must sign up with the primary account number. If a secondary account number is signed up initially, you will only be able to see the secondary account number that was signed up.

How can you tell if you have a primary account number?

If you currently receive your statements grouped together within the same envelope each month, then you are already setup with a primary account number.

If you currently receive your statements in separate envelopes each month, then you are not setup with a primary account number. To establish a primary account number, and reduce mailbox clutter, please contact your Financial Advisor and request that your statements be househeld together. In addition to receiving your statements in one convenient envelope, you will also get a consolidated statement showing a broad overview of your entire househeld portfolio at no extra charge.

How can you locate your primary account number?

If your statements have already been househeld together, your primary account number is easy to locate. To locate your primary account number, retrieve your most recent Stifel Prestige Consolidated Statement. The primary account number can be found in the upper right hand corner of the consolidated statement just below the page number. Your primary account number is the eight digit number without the hyphen.

*Statement householding requires the address of record to be identical for all househeld accounts and will group all statements together into one envelope for mailing.
